Who we are
These terms apply to residential building services supplied by BUILDORA LTD, registered in England & Wales (company number 17045275), registered office 79 Crundale Avenue, Kingsbury, Greater London, England, NW9 9PJ.
Quotations
Quotations are provided in writing and are free of obligation. Each quotation states how long its price stays valid. A quotation is not a contract.
Contracts
Work begins only once you and BUILDORA LTD have agreed a written contract that sets out the scope of works, the price and any payment milestones.
Changes to the work
Any change to the agreed scope is confirmed in writing before it is carried out. A change may affect the price and the programme.
Invoices and payment
We invoice for the agreed contract sum or for agreed milestones. Invoices are sent by email with a secure Stripe payment link, and are payable within the payment terms stated in your contract or invoice.
Programme and delays
Start and completion dates are our best estimates. They can be affected by weather, site access, approvals, material supply and decisions that are yours or a third party's to make. We will tell you promptly if the programme changes.
Subcontractors
We may use suitably qualified subcontractors to deliver parts of the work. We remain responsible to you for the work as set out in your contract.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms and any contract with us are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Cancellation Policy
Last updated: November 2026
Before you sign a contract
Asking for a quotation does not commit you to anything, and you can decide not to proceed at any time.
Your right to cancel
If you sign a contract with us at your home, or away from our business premises, or by phone or online, you may have a legal right to cancel it within 14 days. We will give you the details and a cancellation form with your contract.
If work starts during the cancellation period
If you ask us in writing to start work before the cancellation period ends and you then cancel, you may need to pay for the work already carried out.
Cancelling after work has started
If you end a contract after the cancellation period, or after work has begun, you will pay for work completed and any materials or services already ordered for your project, as set out in your contract.
How to cancel
Tell us in writing, by email or post, using the contact details at the top of this page. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
